Always in & out. No wasting time. They get your vehicle in, do what needs to be done, and you are finished. I just wish they would do a detail (wash) every time you took the vehicle in for service. Now days with everything going up, including oil change, it would be nice if Ramey did something for the customer.

The service guys are Great. They are patient with all my questions. And always help me get my "member number " on my credit card. I keep forgetting how to do it and they have showed me a few times.

I took my 24 Chevy 2500 for the engine light on throwing a code for fuel rail regulator sensor, they had my truck well over a month and finally said it was ready, I picked it up on a Thursday got about 5 miles from the shop and engine light came on again and was saying emissions needed serviced so I turned and took it straight back next day they called said it was ready, picked up the truck it was empty of fuel I got down the road about 25 miles and the truck started the same issues but this time said within 100 miles it would lock up the emissions so I then turned around and took it back again..Finally I was able to pick up the truck for the third time and at that time they told me I owed $25 for fuel they put in the truck. I made two useless trips because of them apparently not knowing what they was doing and they should have waived the fuel charges. I will never take another vehicle back there.

I’ve enjoyed getting service and purchasing vehicles at this dealership for years. But it seem every time I go in for service my vehicle comes back with dirty shoe prints everywhere on the drivers side running boards, carpet, brake and gas pedals. I have brought this to the managers attention and have been offered to clean . I decline and just request that they fix the issue. This week I had an oil change and tire rotation and the same thing. When I went to talk with the manager, several employees met me and said that was the way their shop area gets even if they wash it in the middle of the day. To me that was like an insult to myself for them thinking that that was a valid explanation and I was just an ignorant customer that should believe that. It’s like they walk on a dirt road and do their service in the dirt. I have reported this on another survey but apparently it falls on deaf ears. I like the dealership and the people I’ve dealt with except for this constant issue.
